Managing Director & Head of Global Services Group, Morgan Stanley
Seth is a Managing Director and Head of the Global Services Group in Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley in New York. He founded the Firm’s global effort in the services space in 2001 and is responsible for companies providing consulting, professional services, information technology services, business process outsourcing, processing, data & analytics and business services. Seth and his team advise boards of directors, management teams and financial sponsors on shareholder value creation and related activities including strategy, mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, capital structure, and restructuring.
Over the last 15 years, Seth has been involved in more than 300 transactions, $40BN of capital raising and $100BN of M&A. He has been a member of the Management Committee of Investment Banking since 2008. He first joined Morgan Stanley in 1988 as a financial analyst.
Seth is a Trustee of the Jewish Board and of The Institute of International Education.
He received a B.A. from Wesleyan University and his MBA from The Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
