Jon Mattson ('95)
Managing Partner, Trilantic North America
Jon Mattson is a Managing Partner of Trilantic North America. He is also a member of the Investment Committees of Fund V North America and TEP North America. His primary focus is on investments in the business and industrial services sectors. Jon joined Trilantic North America in 2009 at its inception, prior to which he was at Lehman Brothers Merchant Banking (LBMB). Jon joined LBMB in 2007 and was concurrently a Managing Director of Lehman Brothers. He is currently Chairman of the Board of United Subcontractors, Inc., and a director of 24-7 Intouch, Inc. and Highgate Hotels L.P.
Jon was previously Chairman of the Board of Addison Group, Angelica Corporation, and MicroStar Logistics, and was a director of MacLean Power Systems. He is a past member of the executive committee and the Vice Chairman of the Board of the Visiting Nurse Service of New York. He is also a Trustee of the Jefferson Trust at the University of Virginia. Prior to joining LBMB, he worked at Investcorp International, Inc. and at DB Capital Partners, the private equity arm of Deutsche Bank. Earlier in his career, he worked at JP Morgan.
Jon holds a BS from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University
