Managing Partner, Bespoke Capital Partners (BCP)

Rob is the Managing Partner of Bespoke Capital Partners (BCP), a unique private equity firm he co-founded in 2014.   BCP takes a long-term, industrial approach to its investments, and structures each of its investments differently to reflect this approach.  BCP has a very unique strategy relative to traditional private equity firms: differentiated sourcing, approach to deals and relationships with its limited partners.  BCP’s current investments include 24 Hour Fitness and Nomacorc LLC.  Rob serves on the Board of Directors of each firm. Rob is also currently Chairman of Johnnie-O LLC, a men’s lifestyle apparel business, and of Prize Play LLC, a gaming/loyalty and affinity business. Rob is based in Greenwich, Connecticut.

Prior to BCP, Rob was a Partner at CVC Capital Partners, a global private equity firm with over $50 billion of assets under management, and assisted in the opening and development of the firm's U.S. efforts. Rob also served as a Managing Director at Ripplewood Holdings and was a member of the firm's Investment Committee.  He began his career in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley.

Rob holds a BBA from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
