Managing Partner, Harvest Volatility Management


Curt is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Harvest Volatility Management, overseeing the firm’s portfolio and operational risk management, and responsible for the daily management of the firm’s investment and human capital. Curt is based in New York, New York.  

Prior to founding HVM, from 2003-2008, Curt was Chief Investment Officer and founder of Perch Bay Partners, LLC., volatility arbitrage hedge fund, trading index options on global markets. From 1996-2003, he was a Senior Vice President of Investments at Smith Barney and co-manager of The Brockelman Group. While at Smith Barney, he was a Directors’ Council member.

Curt holds an A.B. in Economics from Duke University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
