Keith is a management consultant and investment banker at Ankura Consulting Group, LLC, a firm with more than 2000 employees in 30 global offices. Keith is a senior leader in the financial services consulting team, which assists clients and law firms with investigations, regulatory proceedings, and commercial disputes in the financial markets, wealth management, and asset management sectors. He is also a Principal at Ankura Capital Advisors, the broker-dealer affiliate of Ankura, where he specializes in fundraising, M&A, and strategic advisory engagements for financial services and venture clients. Keith is based in New York, New York.
Prior to Ankura, Keith had a 30-year business and legal career in financial services, working with the United States Treasury, private law firms, and as a sell-side banker at Merrill Lynch & Co. and a buy-side professional at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Keith received his BA in Economics and Political Science from State University of New York at Binghamton and earned his JD from Northwestern University School of Law, where he was editor-in-chief of the Journal of International Law & Business.
