In his role at Wynnchurch, Michael’s responsibilities range from deal origination and structuring to due diligence, execution and monitoring. Michael’s experience includes transactions involving family businesses, corporate carve-outs, underperforming companies and restructurings. Wynnchurch is a leading middle-market private equity investment firm with $5.3 billion of regulatory assets under management. Michael is based in Glencoe, Illinois. Michael has more than 20 years of experience in private equity investing and corporate finance. He began his career at UBS within the Investment Banking Department in New York. Michael is a director of the Voice of Chicago and is a member of The Economic Club of Chicago. He received a B.A. with honors, from Northwestern University in 2002 and earned an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
