Victor is an Engagement Manager at McKinsey, serving primarily financial institutions and private equity clients in China and the US. He has more than 10 years of experience in financial services and transformation across BlackRock, AlixPartners, and McKinsey. He is passionate about driving full-company transformation and advising management to improve financial outcomes sustainably. Victor is based in New York, New York.
Victor earned his BA in Economics from Colby College and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where he was named a Posse Scholar for leadership in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
