KFN Annouces New Young Leaders Board Member, Ryan Smith ('15), Vice President, Baird

About Ryan Smith:
Ryan Smith is a Vice President at Baird and is a member of the Global Industrials Group, primarily focused on Baird’s Vehicle Technology & Mobility practice. Since joining Baird in 2015, he has participated in numerous mergers and acquisitions, equity financings and other financial advisory services in roles of increasing responsibility. Prior to Baird, Ryan held various roles focused on structured finance and senior debt transactions at PNC Bank.Ryan received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and graduated with honors from the University of Pittsburgh with a BSBA in Finance.
