Isi Okogun Ozekhome is a finance executive with global banking, asset management, leverage finance, rating agency and P&L experience. She has spent over two decades adding value at Fortune 100 companies including Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, and GE Capital. Isi is known for her solid track record of deal execution, strong C-suite relationship building skills, and passion for delivering excellent client service. Her global career spans Canada, The United States, Europe, and Africa. In her current role at Bank of America, Isi partners with global teams to deliver Bank of America’s solutions through strategic collaboration with partners in investment banking, capital markets, leverage finance, fixed asset finance, treasury, and foreign exchange amongst others.

Isi has advised clients on over $75 billion in transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, ratings advisory, dividend re-capitalizations, debt and equity capital raising deals. She has partnered with global Private Equity funds to execute high return deals with structured exits, led a banking subsidiary and advised multinational firms. She is skilled at connecting with corporate clients to leverage her expertise across multiple sectors ranging from Industrials, Capital Goods, Consumer Goods to Natural Resources.

Isi is passionate about elevating talent through coaching and mentorship. She started her own coaching firm; Pearson & Holyoke LLC. to improve enrolment at leading business schools across the world, spearheaded The Kellogg Africa Initiative, and was recognized as one of 35 women leaders at Bank of America in September 2022 due to her contributions as a Power of 10 leader.

Born in Nigeria, and raised in Canada, West Germany, and the United States, Isi earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance, International Business and Entrepreneurship from Kellogg School of Management, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Mount Holyoke College and is a United World College Scholar
